- What inspired the warforged? | Great Forge of Kragthorn Hold | A mid-ranking dwarven smith named Randver Fornhold disappears for a fortnight, and when he returns he is raving like a lunatic. He feverishly sketches the plans for a humanoid construct, which he claims was granted to him in a vision from Forgefather Ferrux, god of the forge.
- The giant forces are vanquished at Kragthorn Hold. There are few giant survivors.

- Vrik’shara sees a vision in the stars that he will lead a kingdom outside of Callum-Thea, and leaves his home.
- The Silver Reach’s invasion of Callum-Thea fails due to roving hordes of rust monsters.
- Vrik’shara of Thrax’lan wins a magical contest, disrupting the power balance of the Silver Reach Empire.
- The vespers arise as a new generation of aquatic warforged.
- Deposed emperor Riven Falkrik attempts to become Emperor Eternal by ascending to godhood, and fails.

- Archfey Talarion leads a fey push from Aeloria through defunct Silver Reach fey gates, establishing a fey foothold on Arcis.

- A coordinated strike by the Obsidian Alliance collapses nearly every Deep Road.
- The Obsidian Alliance attacks the neutral kingdom of Vespera, invoking the wrath of Baeyumatal.
- The Battle of Ironspire is waged between the skyforged and Ysara Neldrin’s dracoliches.
