Runegazers

Certain sentient individuals on Arcis have access to a powerful magical ability called Runegazing. It is unclear whether they are born with this power or are granted it by providence, but while it cannot be learned it can be honed and refined as a skill once obtained. The power, in essence, is defined as the ability to divine information from the stars in the sky of Arcis. Many of the greatest figures in the history of the world have been Runegazers including Ysara Neldrin, Tifereon, and others. The information gleaned from Runegazing, which seems to have a prophetic nature, has likewise shaped the history of Arcis. The actions and motivations of figures of great history have been driven by their visions of the night sky.
